Geralyn and Jeremy are not your average couple.. So it’s only fitting that their wedding wasn’t an average wedding but their wedding was exactly what they wanted, and how they wanted it.
A lil history..
Jer and Ger met at a Open Source & SciFi conference known as Penguicon a few years back, I thought it was kinda cool that their wedding kicked off Penguicon 2009 at the Crown Plaza in Romulus, MI.
It was amazing, the fervor around the hotel as their geared up for the convention, the odd characters we saw walking around the hotel. Seriously, you could feel the energy of the conference attendees & wedding party, and there in the middle of it all were Jer and Ger who were celebrating their love.
Now when we say this wedding wasn’t average, we mean it. From Duct Tape Flower Bouquet’s (which were really cool) to the wedding ring delivery by an Ox.
Most of the time putting on a wedding is a big enough task on it’s own.. However, as the Hotel Liaison for Penguicon, Jeremy pulled double duty and did it with grace and skill.
